6.2 Listing Requirements Sellers must:

1. Provide accurate product descriptions and images

5. Respond promptly to buyer inquiries

6.3 Prohibited Items You may not list or sell:

1. Illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods

4. Recalled products

6.4 Fees and Payments

1. Sellers are subject to listing fees, transaction fees, and commissions

3. We may withhold payments for verification or dispute resolution

6.5 Seller Performance Sellers must maintain:

1. Timely shipping and fulfillment
2. Accurate order tracking
3. Professional customer service
4. Compliance with our quality standards

Failure to meet performance standards may result in account restrictions or termination.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Platform Content All content on Rhymart, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of Rhymart or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Platform for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7.3 User Content By posting content on our Platform (reviews, images, descriptions), you grant Rhymart a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for operating and promoting our services.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

9.1 Platform "As Is" Rhymart is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

1. Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
2. Non-infringement
3. Uninterrupted or error-free service
4. Accuracy or reliability of content

9.2 Third-Party Interactions Rhymart acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not party to the actual transaction between users. Disputes should be resolved directly between the parties involved.

9.3 Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhymart and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

1. Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
2. Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
3. Damages arising from use or inability to use our Platform
4. Actions or omissions of other users or third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Rhymart in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rhymart and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

1. Your violation of these Terms
2. Your use of our Platform
3. Your violation of any rights of third parties
4. Content you post or submit

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 Informal Resolution If you have a dispute with Rhymart, please contact our Customer Service team first. We're committed to resolving issues amicably.

13. TERMINATION

13.1 By You You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Customer Service or using the account closure feature.

13.2 By Us We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for:

1. Violation of these Terms
2. Fraudulent or illegal activity
3. Risk to our Platform or other users
4. Extended inactivity

13.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination:

1. Your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
2. Outstanding obligations (payments, returns) remain in effect
3. We may delete your account data subject to our data retention policies

14. GENERAL PROVISIONS

14.1 Entire Agreement These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rhymart.

14.2 Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

14.3 Waiver Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

14.4 Assignment You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

14.5 No Agency Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Rhymart.

14.6 Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
