RETURN POLICY

1. Return Shipping Timeline Please ensure your return package is postmarked within 14 days after submitting your return request, otherwise the return process will be automatically terminated.

2. Return Shipping Costs After submitting a return request, you are responsible for covering all return shipping costs to send the items back to our designated return address.

3. Return Eligibility & Timeline You can return eligible items within 90 days of purchase, with the following exceptions:

Items that cannot be returned:

1. Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
2. Items with removed tags, labels, or hygiene stickers
3. Grocery items and food products
4. Health and personal care items (select products)
5. Free gifts and promotional items
6. Customized or personalized products

Important: You must ship your return package within 14 days of submitting your return request. Returns cannot be accepted after the 90-day return window has closed.

4. Return Address - Important Notice The shipping address on your original package is NOT the return address. Sending returns to the wrong address will delay processing. Only send return packages to the address provided on your return details page.

5. Package Contents Warning Please double-check your return package to ensure you have NOT accidentally included items you wish to keep. If you have mistakenly included a wrong item, contact Customer Service immediately. We cannot guarantee that incorrectly returned items will be found and returned, and we do not provide refunds or compensation for such items.
