REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Process Types

I. Advance Refunds You may qualify for an advance refund, which will be issued after you drop off your return package. If the items are not returned or fail our quality inspection, we reserve the right to charge your original payment method. Advance refunds are granted based on your purchase history and at our sole discretion.

II. Standard Refunds For regular refunds, we will process your refund after the returned items are received and pass our quality inspection.

III. Partial Refunds If returned items are used, damaged, missing parts/accessories, or damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping (not caused by Rhymart or the seller), your refund will be reduced to compensate for the diminished value of the item.

2. Special Refund Situations

I. Missing Items If you received an incomplete order, navigate to the order in our Support Center and select "Missing Item/Parts" to request a refund, or contact our customer service team for assistance.

II. Undelivered Packages If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, go to the order in our Support Center and select "Package Shows Delivered But Not Received" to apply for a refund, or contact customer service for help.

3. Refund Timeline Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take 5-14 business days (up to 30 days) to appear in your original payment account.

4. Non-Refundable Fees The following fees are not refundable unless the return is due to Rhymart's error:

1. Original shipping fees
2. Import taxes and customs duties
3. Insurance costs
4. Signature on delivery fees (if items were successfully delivered)

5. Rhymart Credits Option You may choose to receive Rhymart Credits instead of a refund to your original payment method.

Benefits of Rhymart Credits:

1. Faster processing than refunds to payment methods
2. No expiration date
3. Can be used for future purchases on Rhymart

Please note:

1. Refunds to Rhymart Credits typically cannot be reversed once processed
2. Rhymart Credits cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used for purchases on our platform
